What we collect
We collect the information needed to authenticate users, create and manage
workspaces, operate budgeting and transaction features, process receipt
capture, generate exports, and support future advertising-related consent
and delivery behavior.
- Profile details such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
- Organization finance data including roles, accounts, categories, budgets, transactions, and exports.
- Receipt images, OCR-extracted text, and receipt metadata when capture features are used.
- Device-local preferences, ad consent choices, and secure/local storage values used to support the app experience.
- App diagnostics, analytics events, crash reports, and ad-related delivery signals.
How we use data
- Authenticate users and connect them to the correct organization workspace.
- Store and synchronize budgeting, transaction, category, account, and reporting data.
- Process receipt captures so OCR results can be reviewed and saved.
- Generate exports and sharing flows that the user explicitly requests.
- Monitor performance, crashes, product usage, and future advertising/consent behavior to improve reliability.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service
providers required to operate the app, including Firebase services for
authentication, database synchronization, storage, analytics, and crash
reporting.
The app also uses Google Sign-In. Planned Google AdMob support will be
disclosed as part of the advertising experience, including consent-driven
ad delivery and measurement where applicable.
Your choices
- Review this privacy policy and the legal notice at any time from the app or this public website.
- Request data export from the app settings experience.
- Delete your account from Settings. If you are signed in, deletion runs immediately. If you cannot sign in, use the public support path.
- Manage ad-consent preferences on supported devices when advertising becomes available.
- Understand that some records may be retained where law, fraud prevention, tax/accounting obligations, or active organization history require it.
For signed-in users, account deletion runs immediately from Settings
after the required confirmation step. If sign-in is unavailable, the
public deletion page and support inbox remain available.
